Background:

The City of North Little Rock faced significant challenges following disaster DR-4441. AG Witt was engaged to support the City's ongoing recovery efforts.

AG Witt utilized FEMA's Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA) software to prepare mitigation projects and managed the process of moving Project Worksheets for Categories A through G through FEMA review. In collaboration with the North Little Rock Emergency Manager's office, AG Witt documented and requested almost $21.5 million in FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation funding.
