Background:
The City of Milpitas contracted AG Witt to assist with its financial recovery from the COVID-19 Pandemic.
AG Witt reviewed all COVID-19 related expenses and operations, preparing documentation for FEMA Public Assistance and other Federal Grant programs. The team wrote grant applications for ARPA funding and assisted the City with compliance and reporting documents, weekly ARPA meetings, and consultations with legislative and policy specialists.
